Privacy policy – Fast Payout
Personal data is processed on Fast Payout only as far as running an information site about betting payouts requires. The UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 apply, and this policy satisfies the information duty in Article 13 of the UK GDPR.
The controller
The controller in the sense of Article 4(7) UK GDPR is whoever runs Fast Payout. Name, address and e-mail address can be found at fastpayoutbookies.com, which is also the route for all questions on personal data.
Data processed
The server writes a log entry for every page opened, recording IP address, date and time, the address requested, the amount of data sent, the referring page and the browser type. These logs exist for security and for spotting abuse, and are deleted or shortened after 90 days so they no longer identify a person. Someone writing to the editors supplies a name, an e-mail address and a message, which are used only to reply. No reader accounts, deposits or bets exist on the site, so no payment details or identity documents are gathered.
Bases and purposes
The controller’s legitimate interests in keeping the site running and secure (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR) support the server logs, protection against abuse and replies to messages. Cookies other than those strictly necessary, and audience measurement, require consent (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR with regulation 6 of PECR) and are inactive until it is given. Consent can be withdrawn at any time with no effect on earlier processing (Article 7(3)). Automated decisions and profiling are not used.
Recipients and transfers
Nothing is sold. Data goes to processors acting on the controller’s instructions for hosting, content delivery and e-mail (Article 28 UK GDPR) and to public authorities where legally required. Sending data outside the United Kingdom is limited to countries under adequacy regulations or cases with appropriate safeguards, such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum (Article 44 onwards).
Rights
Individuals have rights of access (Article 15), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction (Article 18) and portability (Article 20), plus the right to object to processing resting on legitimate interests (Article 21). Requests are answered without undue delay and within one month of receipt, with a possible extension of two further months where needed (Article 12(3)).
Retention
Server logs are held for no more than 90 days, and correspondence until the matter is closed and as long as needed to defend against possible claims. Giving data in a message is voluntary, but a reply cannot be sent without it.
Supervisory authority
The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) supervises data protection in the UK. A person who believes their data has been processed in breach of the law may complain to it (Article 77 UK GDPR).
